Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the major airport hub for the Orlando area. This is the recommended airport as it is only a 14-minute drive (12 miles) to the conference venue, the Renaissance Orlando SeaWorld.

Tampa International Airport (TPA) is located approximately 80 miles (~1.5 hour drive) from the venue. If you choose to fly into Tampa, please be sure to first check rideshare service availability and pricing, or car rental pricing before booking your flights as transportation further from venue can be pricey.

Getting To/From Orlando Airport and SDT2023 Headquarters Hotel
The Renaissance Orlando SeaWorld does NOT provide shuttle service to/from airport. If traveling from any of the airports to the conference venue, we suggest a taxi, shuttle, or rideshare services, or rental car.

Taxi cabs are located at the Ground Transportation (Level 1) of Terminals A & B at the Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Ridesharing providers such as Uber and Lyft may pick-up passengers at Orlando International Airport Terminals A & B, at the ends of the Arrivals curb (Level 2). You can also use ridesharing services for local transportation needs.
