SDT2023 HEADQUARTERS HOTEL
The Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld will be the venue for all the conference activities.
By booking your room at the Renaissance with our discounted rate, it helps the Center for SDT meet its financial obligation to the hotel for meeting space and pre-contracted rooms.

RATES
We've been able to secure more rooms at the discounted rates, but these rooms are selling out quickly. Rates start at $168 USD and do not include tax and fees. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a possible one night's room and tax penalty on the credit card.

HOTEL TRANSPORTATION
- The hotel does NOT provide shuttles to/from the airport. Please see our Travel Page outlining the different options available from the airport to the hotel.
- Thanks to our Sponsors, complimentary bus shuttle service will be provided during dinner hours on Wednesday and Thursday to local restaurants and entertainment.
- On-site parking is available for a fee along with electric car charging stations.
- Shuttles to/from theme parks is included in the hotel resort fee for individuals/families. The shuttle cannot be used to transport an entire group to a specific theme park, but if a guest wishes to go to the park while staying at hotel, they can utilize the shuttle. You must book a reservation for shuttle at least 1-hour prior to departure for all theme parks.
